§ S3.1 Applicability.
This part prescribes special air traffic rules for operating aircraft in certain areas described in this part, unless otherwise authorized by air traffic control.

This subpart prescribes air traffic rules for runways designated with a right hand traffic pattern.
Aerodromes and Runways With Right Hand Traffic P
Aerodromes and runways with right hand traffic patterns are identified on the applicable aerodrome charts in the Saudi Arabian Aeronautical Information Publication (AIP). Unless otherwise authorized by the responsible Air Traffic Services Unit or the President, aircraft must conform to the prescribed right hand traffic patterns at these aerodromes.
SUBPART C-NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES
