SUBPARTA-GENERAL

§ 35.bfA Standards Incorporated by Reference.

(a) Subject to the exceptions noted in Subpart B of this part, the airworthiness standards for propellers are as specified in Part 35 of Title 14, Code of Federal Regulations (14 CFR) of the United States of America, Airworthiness Standards: Propellers, as amended.

(b) The adoption by reference of 14 CFR Part 35 includes previous amended versions of the regulation as cited in the GACAR.

Example:

A reference to GACAR § 35.1 effective 12 March, 1980 is equivalent to 14 CFR § 35.1 effective 12 March, 1980.
